The German soprano, Lucia Boisserée, was already a soloist on stage at the age of 9 with the Kinderchor des Staatstheaters am Gärtnerplatz. As a teenager, she received the Bayerischen Musikrats's talent grant with singing lessons from Tanja d'Althan. She was also selected for the scholarship for early music in St. Egidien Nürnberg, initiated and supported by Pia Praetorius. After completing her bachelor's degree in elementary music and vocal pedagogy, she completed her singing studies at the Hochschule für Musik Nürnberg with Rebecca Martin with distinction in 2021. Since September 2021, she has devoted herself intensively to early music at the Universität Mozarteum under the supervision of Andreas Scholl.
In addition, Lucia Boisserée has a busy concert schedule as a soloist with the common oratorios, cantatas and masses of all eras. But unknown and contemporary works are also in her repertoire. She made her stage debut in 2018 in the operetta Frau Luna in the role of Marie. In 2019 she was seen in the contemporary opera IQ by Enno Poppe at the Nürnberger Opernhaus. Since 2022 she has been a scholarship holder of the Deutschen Orchesterstiftung and in the same year she started as a soprano in the Stimmgold-Vokalensemble, which was nominated in four categories for the Opus Klassik in 2023. She is also a member of the Vocalensemble Rastatt (Director: Holger Speck). |
