Naomi Castro (Mezzo-soprano)

Born: September 11, 1987 - Mililani Town, Hawaii, USA

The American mezzo-soprano and choral conductor, Naomi Castro, obtained her Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal performance from University of Hawaii at Manoa (2005-2010); her Master's of Music degree in Choral conducting from University of Oregon (September 2018-June 2022); and her Masters of Music degree in Vocal Performance from University of Oregon (September 2020-June 2022).

Naomi Castro has been Choral Director at St. Andrew's Priory (since August 2011); Chorus Mistress at Eugene Opera (since December 2019); Section Leader at Central Lutheran Church - ELCA in Eugene (since April 2020); Patron and Community Engagement at Oregon Bach Festival (since November 2022); Vocal Director at Cottage Theatre Cottage Grove, Oregon (since October 2023).
