The American tenor and music educator, Samuel James Day (Sam Day), obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from Westminster Choir College (August 2019-May 2023) and is certified to teach in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Through his studies there, he has worked with many professional musicians and coaches, and specifically studied under Dr. Jay Carter and Dr. Akiko Hosaki. Alongside his background in Choral and Classical music, he also studied a wide variety of other musical styles, including musical theatre.
As many professional musicians do, Samuel Day works at churches in the area as a section leader in choirs and as a soloist for services. He works part time as a professional choir and solo singer in the New Jersey, New York City, and Philadelphoa areas as a baritone and tenor.
