Caleb Eick (Baritone)

Born: 1992 - Cooperstown, Adirondack Mountains, New York, USA

The American baritone, Caleb Eick, obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music (Major: Voice, Minor: French Language) Magna Cum Laude from The College of Saint Rose (2011-2015); and his Master of Music degree in Voice Performance & Pedagogy from East Carolina University (2015-2017). In 2020, he completed a fellowship with the Emerging Nonprofit Leadership Accelerator with SUNY Albany’s Institute of Nonprofit Leadership and Community Development. He obtained his Certificate in Professional Studies, Visual and Performing Arts Management from New York University (2019-2021).

Caleb Eick is an active musician and arts administrator, performing and presenting at venues across the USA. He regularly appears in opera, concerts, and recitals throughout the country, ranging from Baroque to Contemporary. His recent engagements include performances at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church of Albany as Pilate in J.S. Bach's Johannes-Passion BWV 245, at The Sembrich with members of the Philadelphia Orchestra, at the National Opera Center with the Eurasia Festival, and at East Carolina University in recital for International Holocaust Remembrance.

Caleb Eick has been Graduate Teaching Assistant at East Carolina University: Department of Vocal Studies (August 2015-May 2017); Administrative Associate at East Carolina University (September 2017-April 2018); Safety Coordinator at The Glimmerglass Festival in Cooperstown (April-September 2018); Director of Institutional Advancement at The Sembrich in Bolton Landing, New York (since October 2018). At The Sembrich, he coordinates marketing, public outreach, and educational programming, and plays a key role in development. He also serves as Director of Operations for the Lake George Music Festival, where he oversees festival operations and the summer internship program. His passion for the performing arts is further displayed through his service on the boards of the Russian Chamber Art Society in Washington D.C. (since September 2018) and Klinkhart Hall Arts Center in Sharon Springs, New York.
