The Argentine mezzo-soprano, Emilia González Zanotti, began her professional studies with Professor Marcela Benedetti, whose opera company (In Crescendo) she is a member of. She studied at Conservatorio Superior de Música Félix T. Garzón (2017). She holds a university degree in Musical Instrumental Performance from Universidad Provincial de Córdoba, where she is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Musical Instrumental Performance with a specialization in opera singing.
In 2017 Between 2016 and 2022, Emilia González Zanotti sang in the Coro del Seminario de Canto del Teatro del Libertador (Director: Maestro Matías Saccone). As a soloist, she has performed roles such as Lola in Mascagni's Cavalleria rusticana, Suora Infermiera in Puccini's Suor Angelica, L'enfant in Ravel's L'enfant et les sortilèges, Zerlina and Donna Elvira in W.A. Mozart's Don Giovanni, and Mercedes in Georges Bizet's Carmen, among others. She has also performed numerous concerts of European and Argentine chamber music. Since 2022 she has been a member of the Coro Polifónico de la Provincia de Córdoba. She currently lives in Falda Del Carmen, Cordoba, Argentina. |
