The American tenor and voice teacher, Corey Dalton Hart, obtained his Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Furman University (2010-2014); his Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance from the Bard Conservatory Graduate Vocal Arts Program (2014-2016); and his Doctorate of Musical Arts degree in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy from the New England Conservatory of Music (2016-May 2023).
Corey Dalton Hart is a tenor and voice teacher, known for his musical versatility, engaging presence, and expressive textual interpretations. With a passion for American song, he is a regular recitalist along the east coast, having premiered new works in both New York City and Boston. As a chamber artist, Corey performs regularly with groups in Boston and across the USA, including Blue Heron, Boston Camerata, Zenith Ensemble, Boston Baroque (Director: Martin Pearlman), Renaissance Men, Handel & Haydn Society (Director: Harry Christophers), Emmanuel Music (Director: Ryan Turner), Skylark, In Stile Moderno and the Ashmont Bach Project. In conjunction with his performance schedule, Corey maintains an active private voice studio and is a member of the voice faculty of the New England Conservatory Preparatory School (since Septembe 2017).
Corey Dalton Hart has also been employed as Human Resources Assistant at New England Conservatory of Music (September 2016-December 2018); Professional Chorister at Church of the Advent in Boston (May 2017-Jun 2022); and Tenor at Trinity Church Boston. He currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts. |
