The Dutch soprano, Alice, Esther Kronenburg started singing while she was studying Italian at the University of Utrecht and then went on to study Early Vocal Music at the conservatory in Tilburg. At the same time she attended master-classes with Anne Azéma, Johannette Zomer, Evelyn Tubb, Raquel Andueza and others. Since her graduation in 2012, she has been taking lessons with Xenia Meijer.
Esther Kronenburg performs regularly as a soloist but sings mainly in ensembles particularly with music from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. She sings in Trigon, the Hemony ensemble, Oriana, Cantores Sancti Gregorii and other groups. With these ensembles she has performed at early music festivals in the Netherlands, Belgium and Russia. |
