The Russian tenor, Tigran Matinyan, studied vocal at the P.I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory Academic Music College in Moscow (1996-2000) and later pursued studies at the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music in Moscow (2000-2005). He graduated from the P.I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory under the tutelage of Professor Aleksey Martynov (2005-2007).
Tigran Matinyan worked as a soloist in the Moscow State Philharmonic Orchestra. The laureate of the international competition Riccardo Zandonai in Italy. Since 2015, he is living and working in the Netherlands, following the Master of Early Music programme at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague (under guidance of Michael Chance, Peter Kooy, Gerda van Zelm). |
