The German conductor, Johannes Moesus, studied at the colleges of music of Hannover, Frankfurt and Vienna with Karl Östereicher, Helmuth Rilling und Franco Ferrara.
Johannes Moesus began his career as a conductor in Frankfurt and Stuttgart. He is a guest conductor of renowned national and international orchestras. He made several CD's with the Hamburg Symphoniker. He co-operates regularly with broadcasting corporations in his homlenad and abroad. Since 1997 he is president of "Internationalen Rosetti-Gesellschaft e.V." and is an artistic director of the "Rosetti-Festtage im Ries " and acts as a publisher of note issues for this composer. He co-operates with the Orchester Göttinger Musikfreunde since March 2006. |
