The Dutch soprano and singing teacher, Bep Pierik, obtained her Bachelor of Music degree in singing from Stedelijk Conservatorium Zwolle (1980-1984); and her Master of Music degree in solo singing from the Rotterdams Conservatorium (1984-1986). She also attened Workshop Complete Vocal Technique (October 2005); Estill method EVTS Level 1 and 2 with Ann Marie Speed (2008); and seminar for Lichtenberg Method (vocal physiology) at Lichtenberger Institut für Angewandte Stimmphysiologie in Germany (November 2011).
Bep Pierik was freelance singer with the Nederlands Kamerkoor from 1988 to 1990. From September 2011 until the end of 2013 she sang in the female ensemble Cercamon spiritual repertoire from the early Middle Ages. Since August 1984, she works as a singing teacher, giving singing lessons at her own studio. She currently lives in Zwolle, the Netherlands. |
