The German baritone, Georg Preißler, received his first musical training at the Musikgymnasium of the Regensburger Domspatzen. In 2002, he came to to Dresden for his studies. There he was a member of the Dresdner Kammerchor (Chorus Master: Hans-Christoph Rademann) and the vocal quartet Gentle Four together with Dirk Eisold (Tenor), Friedemann Hoyer (Tenor) and Georg Finger (Bass), all three former member of the Dresdner Kreuzchor. Later they became Gentle Five when the tenor Friedemann Condé joined them. Currently he is a member of Gaechinger Cantorey (Director: Hans-Christoph Rademann). He currently lives in Dresden and works as Executive co-ordinator at KlangNetz Dresden, association founded in November 2012 to promote the networking of contemporary music activities. |
