The Spanish light lyric soprano, Belén Quirós Ramírez, began at the age of 7, to study piano at the Conservatorio Profesional Cristóbal de Morales de Sevilla, as well as singing at the Escolanía Salesiana de María Auxiliadora. She studied lyrical singing at Conservatorio Superior de Música "Manuel Castillo" de Sevilla (July 2018-2022); and Music education at Universidad de Sevilla.
After years of training in lyrical singing, Belén Quirós began working with the Coro de la Maestranza as a soprano, performing different operas, zarzuelas and symphonic concerts offered each season. In the 2020-2021 season she performed the particchino of Visione I at the 1ª Opera Studio de Sevilla, belonging to the famous work Le cinesi by Manuel García.
Although it is true that the academic degree has given Belén Quirós solidity and essential pillars for this path, she also continues to enrich herself in courses and master-classes with musicians such as Aurora Gómez, Carlos Aragón, Pierangelo Pelucchi, Rosa María de Alba, Francisco Manuel Soriano, Isabel Rey, Rubén Fernández Aguirre, Raquel Lojendio, among others.
Currently, Belén Quirós lives in Barcelona studying for her Master of Music degree in Lied "Victoria de los Ángeles" at Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC), with the intention of expanding her training and sowing future musical projects. |
