The Spanish soprano, Maëlys Robinne, began her artistic training in France where she studied Baroque music interpretation at the Centre de Musique Baroque de Versailles (2018-2019). She also studied lyrical singing interpretation at Studies at Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC) with Professor Margarida Natividade, and obtained there her Bachelor of Music degree in Voice & Opera (2019-2021); and later she completed an Erasmus at the Paris Conservatoire with Professor Anne Constantin (September 2021-June 2022).
Maëlys Robinne has joined some Catalan and French choirs such as La Capella Reial de Catalunya (Director: Jordi Savall), Ensemble La Fenice (Director: Jean Tubéry), Cor Cererols, Cor Noctes and Chœur In Paradisum. As a soloist, she has performed Schubert’s Stabat Mater, George Frideric Handel's Messiah, W.A. Mozart's Requiem and Gabriel Fauré's Requiem, Antonio Vivaldi's Magnificat and Gloria; J.S. Bach's Johannes-Passion BWV 245 or Weihnachts-Oratorium BWV 248, and several cantatas.
Maëlys Robinne has also played soloist roles in opera productions, such as Lachnith's Les Mystères d’Isis, Giovanni Battista Pergolesi's La Serva Padrona, Viardot's Cendrillon, and Garcia's Un Avvertimento ai celos. She also studies Social law. |
