The French soprano, Delphine Collot, studied musicology at the Sorbonne before turning to the study of singing.
Delphine Collot is specializing in the Baroque repertoire. During the 1990's, she regularly collaborated with Philippe Herreweghe and his various Baroque ensembles: La Chapelle Royale, Collegium Vocale Gent and the Ensemble Vocal Européen of La Chapelle Royale. She has worked with many other directors: Bernard Fabre-Garrus (A Sei Voci), Christophe Rousset (Les Talens Lyriques), Christophe Coin (Ensemble Baroque de Limoges), Philippe Pierlot (Ricercar Consort) ...
Since January 2001, Delphine Collot teaches vocal technique to the Master of the Opéra National de Lyon.
