The Brazilian choral conductor, Wilian Dolfini, studied Music Theory and recorder at Escola Municipal de Música de São Paulo (1984-1988). He obtained his Baslor of Singing deree from Faculdade de Música Carlos Gomes (1991-1996). He studied conducting with Joaquim Paulo do Espírito Santo, with whom has developed an intense study in conducting choirs and symphony orchestras. He is currently doing postgraduate studies in psychoanalysis at ANEP - Associação Nacional de Estudos Psicanalíticos (since 2018).
has been a professional musician for over 20 years and he frequently performs in recitals and concerts in the countryside and capital. Hei has participated in several opera productions as a chorister and soloist, on stages of great importance such as: Teatro São Pedro (SP), Memorial da América Latina (SP), Sala São Paulo (SP), Teatro Municipal de São Paulo, Teatro Municipal de Americana (SP), Teatro Municipal de Sorocaba (SP), Teatro Municipal de Dracena (SP), among many others. In 2001 he sang the opera As Malibrans by Jocy de Oliveira in Berlin, Germany.
Willian Dolfini's trajectory as a conductor began in 2002 with the formation of Willian Dolfini in Sorocaba. After that he has been director of: Coro Lírico de Sorocaba, Coro Masculino CBA (Cia Bras.de Alumínio - Votorantim Matais), Coro Juvenil CBA, Coro Infantil CBA, Coro de Câmara de Sorocaba, Grupo Art et Voix (with professionals) and Camerata Nur Streicher. He directed the Coral da Iª Igreja Presbiteriana Independente de São Paulo (Catedral Evangélica de São Paulo) (April 2015-June 2018), and was vocal coach for the Coral Universitário da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (February-May 2015). He also was Teacher of German at Veritas - Jardim São Paulo in Sorocaba, Brazil (April 2013-July 2016); and Teacher of English at the same insitute (August 2016-July 2017). He currently lives in Araçoiaba da Serra. |
