The Las Vegas Sinfonietta (= LVS) is a professional chamber orchestra based in vibrant Las Vegas, Nevada. LVS was founded by a passionate group of local musicians, dedicated to performing classical repertoire ranging from Baroque to Contemporary works. LVS is committed to providing captivating settings of classical music to the valley. Since its foundation in 2019, the chamber orchestra has grown to approximately thirty members, who pursue parallel careers either as principals or section leaders of nationally recognized orchestras, as eminent chamber musicians, or as tutors of music. LVS regularly features soloists and exceptional guest conductors. LVS has sustained excellence in presenting varied repertoire curated to diverse audiences throughout the city. LVS maintains an active performance schedule, both locally and on tour - regionally and nationally. The Las Vegas Sinfonietta is led by Artistic Director, Taras Krysa. |
