The German soprano, Stephanie Lönne, first took part in In elementary school in the Musischen Jahr (MGA; Music Year) of the Conrad-Hansen-Musikschule Lippstadt. There she got to know the different instruments and gained an early insight into the diversity of music. After this "sniffing" she decided for the keyboard, but soon realized that the piano was more like her idea of an instrument. In 1996, she began to study at Harduin Boeven. At grammar school, as well as in elementary school, she got involved in Musik AGs and improved her musical skills and knowledge. Only through the middle school choir, especially its director Alexander Mrowka, she discovered her passion for singing. After a short time she sang her first little solo in the Christmas music of the Protestant Gymnasium Lippstadt and began her vocal training in 2002 with Friederike Vomhof-Surrey at the Conrad-Hansen-Musikschule Lippstadt. In addition to the choice of music performance course and the learning of violin playing in its basics, she also took drums lessons, played and sang in the rock jazz AG of her school and participated in some musicals in the Lippstadt area. After school, she then focused on classical music. Her engagement in the KammerChor Lippstadt and in the Chor an St. Nicolai Lippstadt, both under the direction of Harduin Boeven, extended her work knowledge tremendously and made her first solo experience possible. In 2006, she began singing lessons with Gundula Hense. She completed her Bachelor's degree in economics at the Universität Paderborn after three years. For the winter semester 2008-2009 she finally began her siging studies with Professor Sabine Ritterbusch, which she graduated in summer 2014 with the diploma. Master-classes with Daniel Ferro, Juliane Banse and Jagna Sokorska-Kwika have expanded her horizons.
Since April 2011, Stephanie Lönne is a permanent member of the Gächinger Kantorei Stuttgart under the direction of Hans-Christoph Rademann, formerly Helmuth Rilling. At the Theater Osnabrück she was heard in the 2011-2012 season in the children's opera Alcina in the title role. In the 2013-2014 season, she sang the second niece in Benjamin Britten' Peter Grimes at the Theater für Niedersachsen in Hildesheim. Since 2013, she is also a member of the festival choir of the Richard Wagner Festspiele in Bayreuth. |
