The Dutch soprano, Nanette Mans, is currently studying classical singing at Codarts conservatory in Rotterdam with baritone Henk Neven (since September 2018; expecting graduation in July 2022). Before her studies, she had singing lessons from Tamar Niamut. As a soloist, she received master-classes from Margreet Honig, Marcel Reijans, Charlotte Riedijk, Frans Huijts en Hans Eijsackers (song).
Last years Nanette Mans performed as a soloist in J.S. Bach's cantatas, Felix Mendelssohn's Paulus and she gave song recitals with the Rotterdam Chamber Music Society and many more concerts.
Also as ensemble singer Nanette Mans has lots of experience. At a young age she sang with various choirs, including the girls choir of Ars Musica, where she received singing lessons from Margreet Rietveld and Pieter van Breugel. She is currently singing with Vocal Ensemble Piacevole (since October 2018; Director: Gerben Budding), which specializes in early music, Ars Musica Kamerkoor (since September 2019; Director: Patrick van der Linden) and the Codarts Chamber Choir (Director: Wiecher Mandemaker). |
