The German trumpeter, composer, arranger, and theologian. Gerson Raabe, studied Protestant theology, philosophy, and music in Munich.
In 1995, Gerson Raabe became the senior Pastor of the Himmelfahrtskirche in Munich-Sendling, and in 2005, the senior pastor of the Erlöserkirche in Munich-Schwabing. He is a member of the Ernst-Troeltsch-Gesellschaft and the Schleiermachergesellschaft. In 1997, he received the Sendlinger Bürgerpreis. Since 2013, he has served as a lecturer at the Institut für Praktische Theologie at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and as a board member of the Institut für Technik, Theologie und Naturwissenschaften. |
