The vocal soloists ensemble "Sette Voci" was founded in 2001 and consists of professional singers coming from several European countries (The Netherlands, UK, Switzerland, Germany und Latvia). All members, among them the first prize winner of the 13th and 14th International Bach Competition Leipzig 2002 and 2004, are performing regularly as soloists throughout Europe. Furthermore they share a rich experience in ensemble singing. Under the direction of renowned Dutch baritone Peter Kooy - known worldwide as Early Music expert, his artistic work being documented on more than 100 recordings, among which 40 are done with the Collegium Vocale Gent under Philippe Herreweghe and over 30 with the Bach Collegium Japan under Masaaki Suzuki - they are working on rarely performed compositions of the Renaissance and Baroque period.
"Sette Voci" participated in international festivals, such as Resonanzen Wien, Festival Oude Muziek Utrecht, Internationaal Orgelfestival Haarlem, Brixner Initiative Musik und Kirche, Karlsruher Orgeltage and Kirchheimer Konzertwinter.
