The German tenor, Klemens Mölkner, studied music education and singing with Professor Adreas Reibenspies and Jan van Elsacker at the Musikhochschule Trossingen and continued his studies with Professor Ulrich Messthaler at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis. He received further impulses from master-classes with Peter Van Heyghen, Raquel Andueza, James Gilchrist and Kai Wessel.
Klemens Mölkner regularly appears as a soloist in masses, cantatas and oratorios. His repertoire also includes a number of Lieder from many eras. He is active in numerous choirs and ensembles and has worked on projects under Dan-Olof Stenlund, Helmuth Rilling, Hans-Christoph Rademann, Vincent Dumestre, Frieder Bernius and others. In addition, he is the artistic director of the Kammerchor Vido Vocal and initiates various unique choir projects and voice training workshops. Concert tours and engagements have led him to Italy, Chile, Tunisia, Lithuania and Armenia, among others. |
