12 de Cámara group, created in 2024, made up of outstanding professional singers from the Córdoba area under the direction of Camilo Santostefano. Their programs offer proposals with innovative approaches, where technical quality, interpretive depth, and artistic commitment are intertwined in each project. They developed an intense activity in Córdoba and other Argentine provinces.
In 2024, for their debut, they presented the Latin American premiere of Eric Whitacre's The Sacred Veil at the Estancia Jesuítica de Jesús María and at the Sociedad Sirio Libanesa de Córdoba. In 2025, that program was part of the El Rincón cycle (Villa General Belgrano) and the Festival Música por el Camino de la Fe (UCASAL, Salta). Their program Oriente en Occidente (East in West), with works from the 20th and 21st centuries, was presented at the las Jornadas Corales Cordobesas de ADICORA, at Cúpula Espacio Cultural and at the Estancia Jesuítica de Jesús María.
Among their most notable productions is the premiere of the stage show LEVE, a collaboration with the Compañía Danza Viva, directed by Cristina Gómez Comini, at the Sala Quinto Deva, the Teatro Real, and the Teatro Comedia in Córdoba, with the support of the Fundación Williams. This production received three nominations for the Premios Provinciales de Córdoba SIRIPO.
In 2026, their first album, "Jesu meine Freude de Johann Sebastian Bach", was released by the Pulso70 label and is available on all platforms. This material, along with other works, was part of Proyecto Bach, a concert presented at the Teatro Comedia in Córdoba in collaboration with Confluencia Barroca. |
